These Terms govern Bloop! Fishing Adventure, provided under the trading name Plinkwick Studios by an independent game developer in California, United States. Plinkwick Studios is a trading name, not a separate incorporated company. "We", "us", and "our" refer to the developer operating the game under that name. Contact: [email protected].
By accepting these Terms and using the game, you agree to them. If you disagree, do not use the game or submit public content. The Privacy Policy explains information handling; accepting Terms is not consent to optional research or advertising.
Eligibility and permission to play
You must be at least 13. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms yourself where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them and authorize your use and purchases. Some features have higher age requirements or regional restrictions. Answer age questions truthfully.
We grant personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play for non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and store rules. We and our licensors retain rights in the game, code, art, music, characters, and content. Do not redistribute, resell, or exploit protected content without permission, except as law permits. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Accounts and progress
Online play uses an automatically created anonymous account. Keep device and store access secure. Account linking for reliable recovery on another installation or device is not currently available. Losing installation credentials can prevent access to online progress. Eligible purchases may be restored through the store; consumed currency generally cannot.
Request deletion in Settings or by email. Completed deletion is irreversible and can remove progress and unspent items. It does not cancel subscriptions. See the Privacy Policy.
Purchases and virtual items
The game is free to play; purchases are optional. Android purchases use Google Play billing. The localized price and applicable offer details must be shown before confirmation. Purchases require the account holder's authorization.
Coins, pearls, bait, cosmetics, boosts, and rewards are licensed game content, not money or property with cash value. They are usable only within this game and cannot be cashed out, resold, or exchanged outside it. Refunds and remedies remain available where store rules or law provide them. These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
We may adjust balance, future prices, and content. Material changes affecting purchased content remain subject to applicable notice and remedy requirements.
Random tackle boxes
Boxes give random virtual rewards. Review odds, pity guarantees, and duplicate conversion before purchase or opening. Past results do not guarantee a particular item except under displayed pity rules. Rewards have no cash-out value.
Pearl boxes require an adult category and are unavailable in restricted regions. Fish Club Pro's daily premium-box reward follows those restrictions; when blocked, the game substitutes its price in currency. Applicable substitutions must be disclosed before subscription purchase. Do not buy pearls assuming that a restricted box will become available.
Memberships and seasons
Fish Club and Fish Club Pro are optional recurring subscriptions. Offers must state localized price, billing interval, renewal terms, benefits, and trial or introductory conditions before purchase. They renew under the store's offer until cancelled. Price changes are subject to required notice and consent.
Manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions or Google Play > Payments and subscriptions. Uninstalling or deleting the game account does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while benefits continue until the paid period ends, subject to store rules, refunds, and local law.
A separately bought premium season pass applies to the identified season and does not renew automatically. Review duration, rewards, and claim conditions. A pass does not include future seasons unless expressly stated.
Advertising and gameplay
Rewarded ads are optional and require a tap. The stated reward depends on confirmation of completion. Failed, unavailable, or interrupted ads may not produce a reward. Contact support if a completed ad did not deliver its reward.
Full-screen ads may appear at breaks. Remove Ads and active Fish Club memberships remove them; optional rewarded videos remain available.
Ordinary difficulty and ad timing adjust with progress, gameplay and ad history, device region, device model, and purchase status. For eligible adults, some fights may become harder when a higher-value ad is available, and rewarded retries may be easier. This does not change Daily Derby conditions. Fish Research Program
Joining is optional, intended for adults, and offers a one-time reward. Decline or leave in Settings and keep the reward. Current research events are not uploaded to an analytics service. Your choice is still saved; online saves and ad processing operate separately. Future research requires updated disclosures and necessary consent. Surveys are not part of the current game.
Public content and conduct
Your display name is content submitted for other players to see. You permit us to store, display, and moderate it to run the game. Choose a name you are entitled to use.
Do not submit or promote sexual content, child exploitation, hate speech, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, unlawful content, impersonation, scams, or private information about others. Do not use names to advertise or solicit outside contact. Do not cheat, fabricate scores, exploit purchases, interfere with services, or abuse reports.
Report objectionable players and block users in the game, or contact support. Names are filtered and reports are subject to review. We may reset or remove names, remove scores, restrict online access, or take proportionate action against misconduct or security threats. Contact support to dispute a decision. Actions affecting purchases remain subject to consumer rights.
Derby, updates, and availability
Daily Derby uses common daily conditions and server checks, with no real-money entry stake or cash-out prize. Boards refresh daily. Invalid scores and records may be removed. Services and results may be delayed or unavailable.
We may update or discontinue features. We will give notice of material changes where practical and legally required. Obligations concerning prepaid services and purchased content remain subject to law.
Consumer rights and responsibility
We aim to provide a working game but cannot promise uninterrupted service or recovery of every save. To the extent law permits, it is supplied as available without additional promises beyond these Terms. Mandatory warranties, digital-content remedies, and other consumer rights remain.
We do not limit liability where unlawful, including non-excludable liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by local law.
Governing law and changes
Subject to mandatory protections where you live, California law governs these Terms. This does not remove mandatory local consumer rights or access to a competent local court. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Contact support for help resolving issues.
Revised Terms will be dated. We will notify material changes and request renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights.
